We want you to love our purses as much as we do. But on the rare occasion you don’t, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Within 3 business days of receiving your return we will issue a store credit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. We will send you a free prepaid return shipping label. Please reference your order number. All returned items must have original tags on them and be in new condition. There is no refund of the original $5 shipping charge. All sale items are considered final sales.
Wrong or Defective Item
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order if you received the wrong merchandise. Defective items must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order. Defective items are classified as bags that are in average to above average condition, but have a manufacturer’s flaw. Examples would include a splitting zipper, lining that is coming unstitched or broken handle. Damage to a bag due to mistreatment, daily use or any other reason is not covered. The bag must be in average to above average condition with the exception of the defect. We showcase our bags as accurately as possible, but please be aware some items may vary slightly in colors or measurements. Such variations are not considered defects.
